Spinner - MBIS, BISS & MRBIS Grand Champion Tendayi Dare Ya Ta Whispa
The History Maker
Spinner came to us mid 2005 as a child handlers dog for our daughter Hayley, but very quickly established himself as a super star in the ring being handled by both Vanessa and Hayley. His show record speaks for itself and he is undeniably Australia's # 1 winning Brittany at All Breeds Level ever.
Spinner is the ONLY Brittany to be a MULTIPLE ALL BREEDS BEST IN SHOW winner and he now has four plus a BEST IN SHOW at a Gundog Specialty. ONLY ONE (1) OTHER BRITTANY IN AUSTRALIA HAS EVER WON A BEST IN SHOW AT AN ALL BREEDS CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW. Along with these wins he has 4 RUNNER UP TO BEST IN SHOW awards, 17 BEST IN GROUPS and 17 Runner up to BEST IN GROUPS. He has 15 Class in Show awards and to many in groups to count. Spinner has always given everything he has to give in the showring and has been described by many as a great little show man. We also get constant feedback from Judges about his flawless movement, and that he has the correct spring of rib and substance for a Brittany, and a stunning strong head. We agree whole heartedly.

Spinner's head and movement have always gained the attention of Judges. With shots like this it is easy to see why.

Spinner always joins in the birthdays even wearing his birthday hat at Jakes 9th last year in Darwin.

All showing and work leaves a tired handler and showdog. Is this cute or what?
Spinner retired from the show ring on his 9th Birthday by winning Best of Breed over the top Brittany's in NSW again, capping off the perfect career for him. He now lives on the property with Helen (Vanessa's Mum) in the cottage. He is Helen's constant shadow and companion which has been great for both of them. Every morning we see him run past the house on the way to saying hello to the other Britt's and then on to the Dam to swim and chase the Ducks. He then comes to the back door and says hello before running off back to Helen for the day. Retirement clearly suits him.

Can I have the Liver Mum? The bloody Dobermann doesn't need it, look at the size of him.
